Susan Gibaut, Director
Serving on the Board since 2026, Susan Gibaut has over 30 years of compliance and corporate governance experience spanning Canada and the UK, including having held the position of Chief Compliance Officer in trust and fiduciary organizations, and until recently as a Senior Compliance Manager at an insurance company with worldwide reach. Susan is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds a Masters in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University in the UK. Susan serves on the Governance Committee. Susan and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter and son and two grandchildren, as well as playing golf and taking long walks in beautiful Muskoka with friends.
