Your support is critical.
Donors provide funding for hospital equipment. Government doesn’t.
The hospital is responsible for the costs of new and replacement equipment, technology and services that enable us to deliver high quality, compassionate care of our patients.
Each year, the hospital requires an average of $3 million for new equipment, repairs and renovations.

History of Giving
Local businesses have built a legacy in their relationship with the hospital since 1929 when a local business owner donated $1000 for the purchase of anaesthetic equipment. The hospital’s first gift from a business owner set the precedent for many to follow. This dedication has never waivered even though equipment costs have dramatically increased.
Today, the cost of an anaesthetic machine exceeds $125,000. Medical technology continues to evolve, offering patients better quality of health care, more options, and improved outcomes. Technology is truly the game-changer in health care and we need to keep that technology current to keep our community healthy.
The difference between a good hospital and a great hospital lies in the strength of the community that stands behind it.
