PAUL HAMMOND, Director
Serving his first term on the Board in 2005, Paul Hammond is the founder and past owner of Muskoka Transport. In his career Paul was also a volunteer firefighter for 18 years, was appointed to on the Ontario Judicial Council, and served as Chairman of the Ontario Trucking Association.
Paul received the 2023 Citizen of the Year Award from the Rotary Club of Bracebridge, and the 2024 Award of Merit from the Town of Bracebridge. He is a 2025 Order of Ontario nominee.
Paul serves on the Foundation’s Donor Relations Committee.
Paul has been married to his wife Shirley for over 60 years. They have two children, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
